Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas while maintaining 95% call activity metrics
- Present product solutions to B2B clients across the Pacific Northwest
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation campaigns
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 100% data accuracy
- Participate in daily stand-ups and quarterly sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to work PST hours with flexibility for client meetings
