Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Develop consultative relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Present and demonstrate product solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce.com and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and value-based propositions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and market trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
