Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new business clients
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Analyze sales data to identify market opportunities and trends
- Present product solutions through virtual and in-person demonstrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
