Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Execute consultative sales presentations to C-level decision-makers
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets in competitive B2B landscape
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline analytics
- Participate in continuous product training and sales methodology workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
