Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build consultative relationships with decision-makers to understand pain points and present tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and competitive positioning
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and document all client interactions
- Develop deep product expertise to articulate complex technical benefits to non-technical audiences
- Contribute to sales process optimization by sharing market insights and competitor intelligence
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quota
- Expertise in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales cycles
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management and opportunity qualification
