Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM automation
- Present product solutions to C-level executives across the Southwest region
- Manage full sales pipeline from discovery to contract signing
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets (average $150k quota)
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach/Gong)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent verbal/written communication with executive presence
- Ability to work independently in remote-first environment
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (occasional client meetings)
- Spanish fluency preferred (not required)
