Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Present product solutions to potential customers via virtual demos
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to work independently in a remote-hybrid setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly valued
