Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Present tailored product demonstrations to decision-makers across diverse industries
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce with weekly forecasting
- Close new business deals while maintaining 95%+ customer satisfaction rates
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($100K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
