Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all activities in CRM system and provide regular performance reports
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
