- Track and report sales activities using Salesforce CRM while maintaining accurate data
- Exceed monthly sales targets by 15% through persistent follow-up and objection handling
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with demonstrable track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with weekly performance reviews
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
