Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and pain points
- Close deals and maintain quarterly revenue targets ($50k+ quarterly quota)
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate CRM data
- Participate in weekly team training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and sales engagement tools
- Valid US work authorization and reliable internet connection
