Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through strategic outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build consultative relationships with enterprise clients to understand pain points and present tailored solutions
- Consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas ($500K+ annual target)
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels and sales collateral
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline analytics for forecasting
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly strategy workshops
- Develop deep product expertise to position complex technical solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce and outreach automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Resilience in high-volume calling environments
- Must be authorized to work in the US immediately
