Responsibilities
- Proactively qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Develop customized solutions presentations demonstrating product value propositions
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track key performance metrics
- Participate in weekly sales training and pipeline review sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in B2B inside sales or account management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with sales automation tools (Outreach/Gong)
