Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build strong client relationships while presenting product solutions tailored to prospect needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
