Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline metrics
- Present product demonstrations and solution proposals to prospective clients
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecast updates for leadership review
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
