Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Develop deep product expertise to deliver compelling value propositions and solution-based selling
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce.com
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation and forecast reporting
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic account management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce.com strongly preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions highly advantageous
