Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM systems
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and pain points
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Document all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales development
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills for identifying client needs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
