Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop customized solutions presentations for enterprise clients
- Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract signing
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasting
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Participate in sales training and product certification
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside/sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in remote-first team environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management
- Experience with CRM analytics and reporting
