Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demos and presentations
- Close sales deals while maintaining a 25%+ conversion rate target
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies
- Exceed quarterly revenue goals and KPIs consistently
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce CRM with 100% accuracy
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client meetings
