Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present product demos to B2B clients across North America
- Manage full sales pipeline from lead to close
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales metrics
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Contribute to product feedback loops with engineering
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
