Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and present tailored solutions to enterprise clients
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline metrics
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction
- Participate in weekly sales training and team strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions strongly preferred
