Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads and present tailored product solutions to B2B clients
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle technical objections
- Report on sales metrics and pipeline health to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
