Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic outbound calls, emails, and CRM engagement
- Develop personalized sales presentations demonstrating product value propositions
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate client data and pipeline metrics in Salesforce
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive intelligence sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting and opportunity assessment
