Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Develop deep product expertise to deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ weekly discovery calls
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in quarterly sales training and certification programs
- Analyze sales metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce and outreach automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills with CRM proficiency
