Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM engagement
- Develop customized solutions presentations for B2B technology clients
- Meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline documentation
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolio
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with SaaS technology solutions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
