Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Develop deep product knowledge to articulate value propositions and overcome objections
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM documentation
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams for seamless lead handoffs
- Analyze sales metrics to optimize outreach strategies and pipeline health

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional client meetings
