Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while presenting our SaaS solutions to key decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales quotas by consistently closing deals and managing the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify new market opportunities and product improvements
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all customer interactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine product knowledge and negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities in high-volume sales environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or cloud technology required
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
