Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Develop tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations for B2B clients
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets by 15%+ consistently
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales collateral
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce with 98%+ data integrity
- Lead full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand existing client relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings in the region
