Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, update client records, and forecast sales pipelines accurately.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to qualified leads to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and industry trends to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation roles (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a leadership track.
