Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads and book meetings with decision-makers.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations to educate prospects on how Apex Innovations solutions drive business value.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or account management.
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and meeting KPIs.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection constructively.
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation tools.
