Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present tailored software solutions to enterprise clients via virtual demos and consultations
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels and sales collateral
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and forecast quarterly targets
- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, meetings booked, and revenue generation
- Partner with product team to relay customer feedback for product enhancements
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot sales stack
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrable sales achievements
- Austin residency preferred for local market knowledge
- Must thrive in fast-paced environments with data-driven decision making
