Your Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company to new and existing clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and account management. We are looking for candidates who are coachable, resilient, and passionate about exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Navigate CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proven ability to thrive in a commission-based environment and hit aggressive KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for career growth and development.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
