Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Develop deep product knowledge to present customized solutions to SMB clients
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams for seamless client handoffs
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction scores
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and pipeline metrics
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions highly valued
