Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn using Salesforce CRM
- Present product solutions to C-level executives in 15-20 daily calls
- Exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and activity reports
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with proven contract closure ability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office Suite
