Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients, demonstrating clear ROI and value propositions
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 25+ qualified conversations daily
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and forecast pipeline accurately
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine consultative selling techniques
- Develop deep product expertise to address complex client objections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and value-based conversations
- Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales metrics
- Exceptional communication skills with Miami's diverse business community
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Spanish fluency highly valued for South Florida market
