Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients across Colorado
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to prospects
- Track sales metrics and identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-6pm)
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
