Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with local business decision-makers
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and close sales agreements
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ call quality metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekend shift training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record with quota achievement and commission structures
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport instantly
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM-6 PM EST)
- Strong time management and self-motivation in remote environments
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional client meetings
- College degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
