Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored product solutions to enterprise clients using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and messaging
- Attend weekly revenue strategy sessions and contribute pipeline insights
- Document client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in quarterly incentive trips and team-building events
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets ($500K+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Validated experience in consultative selling and objection handling
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7 AM - 5 PM CT)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
