Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build strong client relationships while presenting complex technical solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs using data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize Salesforce.com and sales automation tools for pipeline management
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Fri-Sun) with weekday flexibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations
- Report on sales metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales automation platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach
- Willingness to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
