Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via consultative sales techniques

- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track interactions and pipeline health
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) with core hours 8 AM - 6 PM
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
