Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through inbound/outbound channels
- Build relationships with prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs
- Exceed monthly sales targets while documenting all activities in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion
- Participate in ongoing product and sales process training
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, results-driven environment
- Comfortable working night shift (6 PM - 2 AM CST)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
