Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels
- Develop consultative relationships with B2B decision-makers
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs
- Exceed monthly sales targets using CRM platform (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience (preferred)
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
