Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads through CRM system and cold outreach
- Present tailored solutions to C-level executives in target industries
- Close 15-20 deals monthly with average deal value $15K-$25K
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and activity documentation
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas consistently
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with sales leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Proven track record of exceeding targets (150%+ achievement)
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid collaboration environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
