Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and strategic networking
- Present product solutions to prospects via phone/video conferences, demonstrating value propositions and ROI
- Manage full sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies and campaign performance
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Develop deep product knowledge to position solutions against competitors
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing through sales play documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with B2B technology/services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas (110%+ achievement)
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or industrial technology sectors
