Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads across Kansas City and Texas markets
- Develop and maintain client relationships through strategic follow-up and consultative selling
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while documenting activities in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
- Utilize data analytics to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies
- Stay current on product knowledge and competitive landscape
- Participate in regular training sessions to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Availability to work night shift (7 PM - 4 AM CST)
