- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
