Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted outbound calling and email campaigns
- Qualify leads and present tailored solutions to enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas with uncapped commission structure
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation
- Collaborate with day team for seamless client handoffs
- Participate in weekly sales strategy and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience (inside/outside)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with Salesforce/HubSpot CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Flexible availability for night shift (6 PM - 2 AM EST)
- Valid driver's license (10% client site visits)
