Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns to B2B clients across North America during night shift hours (8 PM - 5 AM EST)
- Exceed monthly KPIs through strategic prospecting and consultative selling
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate client records and pipeline visibility
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Present product demos and handle objections with solution-based approaches
- Document sales activities and forecast revenue using proprietary reporting tools
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine negotiation and closing techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record in B2B tech or SaaS sales environments
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated mindset with demonstrated resilience in high-pressure scenarios
- Availability to work full-time night shift schedule (8 PM - 5 AM EST)
