Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and digital channels
- Build strong client relationships and present tailored solutions to drive sales
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and provide weekly performance insights
- Master product knowledge to address complex client inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training to refine negotiation and closing techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Proven ability to close deals in competitive tech/software markets
- Exceptional communication skills with persuasive presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated success in uncapped commission structures
- Available to work night shift (6 PM - 2 AM PST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
