Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted cold calling and email outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across assigned territories
- Present product solutions and close sales deals via phone/video
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation strategies
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record with commission-based compensation
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM EST)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
